About

Building AI-native companies for the long term

INSOID is a venture studio that founds, builds, and operates businesses where intelligent systems are embedded in operations from day one — not bolted on later.

Our Story

From conviction to operating companies

INSOID began with a simple observation: the most durable companies of the next decade will not merely use AI — they will be structured around it. Procurement, forecasting, customer experience, and supply chain decisions should improve automatically as data accumulates.

Rather than advising others to adopt AI, INSOID builds the companies ourselves. We apply the same engineering discipline to sourcing, manufacturing, and brand experience that we apply to model selection, agent orchestration, and data pipelines.

Our first venture, GLYC, demonstrates this model in a premium consumer category. Every subsequent venture will compound on shared infrastructure, operational playbooks, and lessons from real markets.

Mission

Build businesses powered by AI

INSOID exists to create and operate companies where intelligent systems drive measurable outcomes — lower waste, faster decisions, and better customer experiences — while teams focus on judgment, craft, and relationships.

Vision

A portfolio of AI-native companies

We envision a group of operating businesses sharing a common intelligence layer — each venture autonomous in its market, each benefiting from compounding data, models, and operational knowledge across the portfolio.

Values

Principles that guide every venture

These values apply to how we build technology, operate supply chains, and serve customers — not just how we write software.

  • AI Native

Intelligent systems are designed into operations, not added as an afterthought.

  • Business Value

Every technical decision must trace to a measurable commercial outcome.

  • Quality First

Whether in code, manufacturing, or customer experience — quality compounds.

  • Long-Term Thinking

We build companies designed to endure, not experiments designed to exit quickly.

  • Transparency

Clear communication with partners, customers, and teams — internally and externally.

  • Execution

Ideas matter only when they reach customers and improve operations.

Leadership Philosophy

Founder-neutral, execution-first

INSOID is built around systems and outcomes, not personalities. We prioritize clear ownership, written decision records, and teams small enough to move quickly but rigorous enough to compound quality over time.

We do not publish individual leadership profiles until roles and biographies are confirmed for public release. What we share now is how we operate: bias toward shipping, respect for craft, and accountability to the businesses we build.

Timeline

How we got here

Key milestones in INSOID's journey from concept to operating venture.
